Tri-Town FCU has added Online Live Chat to our Own Website and to our Online Flexteller Pages.
It is an ongoing goal of Tri-Town FCU to make available the latest technology solutions for our members banking needs. Live Chat is another example of the efforts to satisfy that goal.

During our normal business hours our members now have 3 options to reach us directly:

Leave a Message
During off-hours, the Live Chat facility is still available for members to leave a message for us. We will respond to you at our earliest opportunity. Usually we will respond the first thing on the next business day.
The new Live Chat capability is a member benefit in several ways:
Check out the lower right hand corner of any of our web pages and look for "We're Available", click "Start chat". When you see, "We're Currently Away", click "Leave Message".
On our Flexteller pages, look in the banner at the top of the page for the Chat Image and follow similar steps.
